These terms govern use of ToneCoach, powered by Blue Star Marketing Firm. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

ToneCoach provides Mandarin pronunciation practice, tone scoring, lesson review, and related coaching tools. Feedback is educational and should be treated as practice guidance, not a guarantee of fluency or professional certification.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, or attempt to access another user's data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe unless a specific platform purchase flow says otherwise. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and receipts are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want the next billing period.

Refunds and Guarantees

Refunds are reviewed through the support contact below unless a specific written offer states different guarantee terms. If ToneCoach offers a direct coaching, cohort, or challenge guarantee, the guarantee terms must be stated on the offer page or purchase agreement and may require completion of the stated practice or attendance requirements.

User Content

You keep ownership of your practice audio, text, and uploaded content. You grant ToneCoach the limited rights needed to process that content, deliver feedback, operate the product, and improve the service using aggregated or anonymized data.

Availability

We aim to keep ToneCoach reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or changes. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.
